Job Overview
We’re looking for a senior DevOps engineer to own how our work ships and stays running – the delivery pipelines, cloud environments, reliability, and security that sit under every engagement. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role across several client projects at once. You’ll be the person who makes deployments fast and safe, keeps systems up and secure, and turns fragile, manual setups into automated, observable platforms. Because we work in AI, you’ll also help run the infrastructure behind modern AI workloads. We’re after someone genuinely senior: you’ve built and operated production platforms end to end, you’ve owned reliability and been through real incident recoveries, and you can make sound infrastructure calls on your own. Just as important, you communicate clearly and work well alongside other engineers and, at times, clients. About the Role
We are assembling a specialist team focused on AI-driven workflow transformation, and we are looking for a hands-on Agentic AI Engineer to help lead it. This is a software engineering role not a research or model-training position. You will build production agents on top of foundation models, not train models from scratch.
You will design, build, and operate AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making, planning, and tool use to execute complex customer and internal workflows. The work spans agentic AI engineering, full-stack development, and AI-assisted delivery – applied to real product problems in an enterprise environment where reliability, security, and performance are non-negotiable.
This role is for someone who writes the code and leads the work – architecting a solution and shaping technical direction in the morning, and shipping a reliable, observable agent into production in the afternoon.

ROLE PURPOSE

The AI Technical Project & Delivery Manager owns the planning, delivery, and ongoing support of AI engagements – the AI counterpart to our Technical Project & Delivery Manager. You do everything that role does (project management, agile facilitation, product ownership, and client support) but through an AI lens and with a much stronger client-facing edge. You turn client goals into clear plans and requirements, run the team’s delivery rhythm, keep engagements on time and on budget, and make sure clients feel looked after and confident throughout.
Because AI is where our clients are investing right now, this role is deliberately senior and outward facing: you present executives, explain and defend the approach, negotiate scope, and build trust. And because AI moves fast, you are hands-on enough to be credible – you can prototype, reason models and evaluation, and hold your own with both engineers and clients. Success looks like AI engagements that land on time, on budget, and on outcome, with clients who trust the person leading them and keep coming back.

ROLE PURPOSE
The Product Designer (UX/UI) owns the experience and interface design of the systems our company builds for clients – from early research and discovery through to polished, accessible, build-ready UI. You turn client goals and user needs into designs that are intuitive, on-brand, and technically feasible, and you keep the experience consistent through a shared design system.
Because we are a client-facing consultancy, this is not a heads-down role. You are in the room with clients: presenting concepts, explaining and defending design decisions, negotiating scope and priorities, and building the trust that gets work approved and shipped. Success looks like designs that solve the real problem, that clients understand and buy into, that hand off cleanly to engineering, and that ship on the delivery team’s cadence.

The Senior Mobile Developer owns the iOS and Android applications our company builds for its clients. You lead mobile architecture and the standards the team builds against, build with React Native while reaching into native platform capabilities when needed, and take features from planning through App Store / Google Play release and ongoing improvement working alongside product, design, backend, and QA within our delivery teams.
In a fast-paced software development and AI consultancy environment, delivering across several concurrent client engagements, you are accountable for mobile experiences that are polished, performant, reliable, and secure across devices and OS versions and for lifting the engineers around you through reviews and mentorship.
